10 Wrestlers Who Wrote Books Not Based On Wrestling

A lot of wrestlers have chosen to write books at various points in their careers. For some, the books come after retirement, with this becoming the next project for them. For others, it takes place while they're still competing, as a side hustle to push out their creativity, and more often than not, the books are about wrestling.

It makes sense, as that is the world they know and understand, and it's what their audience wants to learn about. However, some wrestlers have gone on to write books that have nothing to do with professional wrestling, but instead, they write them because they enjoy that art form.

John Cena is one of the biggest names in wrestling, and an autobiography about his wrestling career would be a huge hit. However, that's not something he has done at this point, yet he has written multiple books.

His first book, Elbow Grease is a children's book about a monster truck who needs to believe in himself. His second book on the other hand, is aimed at adults and is all about messages he wishes he had known when he was younger, with this being a motivational book.

JBL's book, Have More Money Now, is all about giving financial advice to people, helping people know how to save money and invest in themselves in a great manner. The fact that the JBL character was centered around him being a wealthy, loud-mouthed businessman is no coincidence.

The former WWE commentator is someone who is passionate about food, which she often shared via her social media. But now fans have the chance to really learn about the detail and hard work that she puts into each dish.

However, The Game does have his own book called, Triple H Making the Game: Triple H's Approach To A Better Body, which is all about physique and getting into shape, and not about wrestling in the slightest.
