2020 WWE Draft Pool, Rules & Format Revealed
With the 2020 WWE Draft now just one day away, the rules and format have finally been revealed.
Ryan Satin of Fox Sports received the details ahead of the draft, which will be similar to last year's format. For starters, Stephanie McMahon will announce the draft picks for each brand, just as she did last year.
Satin also reported that over 60 total superstars are in the draft pool. Since Monday Night Raw is a three-hour program, they'll once again get three picks "for every two picks SmackDown has." This rule was also applied at last year's draft.
Tag teams will count as one pick, which was the case a year ago, unless USA Network or FOX prefer to draft only one superstar from that specific team. And finally, undrafted talents will have the freedom to sign wherever they desire.
Meanwhile, executives at FOX and USA Network have been working with WWE Management over the past few weeks in regard to their preferences for draft picks.
The draft pool for night one on SmackDown Live can be seen on the graphic to the left below. The draft pool for Oct. 12 on Monday Night Raw can be seen on the right:

At this time, it doesn't sound look like NXT talents will be par of the 2020 Draft. But maybe WWE is keeping this a surprise, and perhaps some of their superstars will be drafted to the main roster.
We'll just have to see how things play out, but one way or another, the 2020 Draft promises to be full of excitement.
Which Superstars Could Be On The Move?
With ratings consistently hitting two million viewers on SmackDown Live in recent months, it would be surprising if the roster underwent serious changes. Universal Champion Roman Reigns, for example, should stay on SmackDown. But it sounds like AJ Stlyes and John Morrison could be moving to Raw. Other than that, it's anybody's guess what will take place in the coming days.
