There are plenty of wrestlers who like to go extreme, and Hardy has been able to compete against many of them. Whether he has faced someone who is known for being a huge daredevil or the fact that someone was willing to go one step further than him within a match, Hardy has not always been the most extreme man around.
7 The Hardy Boyz vs. The Young Bucks (ROH Supercard Of Honor XI)
The Hardy Boyz and The Young Bucks are two of the greatest tag teams of all time, and when they collided for Ring Of Honor, it led to a brilliant match. They battled in a ladder war which saw some huge bumps take place from all four men.
However, in this particular match, it was The Young Bucks who were the bigger daredevils. They put together some huge spots and showcased their creativity and the fact that they had taken wrestling even further in terms of risks than Matt and Jeff could've imagined.
6 Team Raw vs. Team SmackDown (Survivor Series, 2018)
Jeff Hardy is somebody that has no problem putting his body on the line, but at Survivor Series, 2018, it was Shane McMahon taking all the bumps. He is somebody who can absolutely give Jeff a run for his money in terms of being a risk-taker, but sadly they've never had a singles match.

However, at this match where Jeff and Shane were actually on the same team in this match, and it was Shane making all the headlines. He launched himself from the top rope to the announce table, being the real daredevil of the match.
5 Jeff Hardy vs. Matt Hardy (WrestleMania XXV)
Jeff Hardy typically works alongside his brother Matt, but they have gone against each other from time to time. At WrestleMania XXV, they competed during the peak of their WWE rivalry, and it was actually Matt who was the more aggressive and extreme talent here.
This was mainly because he was playing the heel, and while Jeff still took risks, it was Matt who proved himself to be the true daredevil in this particular match, pushing Jeff all the way within this one.
4 Jeff Hardy vs. CM Punk (SummerSlam, 2009)
While fans might remember this match for the fact that Jeff Hardy hit a Swanton Bomb from a huge ladder to the announce table, it was actually CM Punk who was the bigger daredevil on the night. He took some huge bumps throughout the night and really dominated proceedings.
Punk was happy to launch himself out of the ring, use weapons, including hitting a big superplex from the top rope onto a ladder. He showcased his ability to match Jeff when it comes to his extreme moments, stepping up as the true daredevil in the match.
3 Jeff Hardy vs. Edge (Extreme Rules, 2009)
Jeff Hardy might be a ladder match expert, but that didn't stop Edge being a great daredevil within this match. The Rated-R Superstar is also someone who is notorious for being a top ladder match competitor and that was clear within this match.
He put in some huge bumps and showcased fantastic creativity throughout the match, proving what a fantastic risk taker he was. Jeff and Edge pushed each other all the way, which is something that helped make the match so impressive, with Edge really shining.
2 Jeff Hardy vs. Johnny Nitro (Raw, 11/20/06)
Both Jeff Hardy and Johnny Nitro are known for being daredevils who like to take risks and put together big bumps. This particular contest was a ladder match and that is something that brought out the best in both of them as wrestlers.

However, this was early on in Nitro's career and because of that, it felt like he had a real point to prove within the match. This led to him going all out throughout the contest and putting together a great performance that did outshine Jeff in terms of his risk-taking ability.

There are few wrestlers that can genuinely entertain audiences in the same way that Jeff Hardy can. However, Rob Van Dam was one of those as he never had a problem in putting together big bumps or huge risks throughout his career.
The rivalry between the two men in WWE was a lot of fun with the two daredevils just trying their best to outdo each other. However, it was RVD who often had the edge, mainly because he would bring his own unique style in alongside the risks.
