9 Funniest Fan Signs In WWE History
WWE Is one of the few places you can become a part of the show in real-time. One of the ways fans become part of the show is by expressing themselves through signs.
Sometimes fans want to express how much they love or hate a particular wrestler. Sometimes fans in the WWE Universe just want to get themselves over by being witty. Either way, once that camera hits them, and the millions at home see that sign that hopefully wasn't confiscated by WWE, it becomes part of the story.

Plenty of fan-made signs are burned into our memories as crucial backdrops to crucial moments in WWE History. However, this list focuses on the funniest signs that fans have brought to WWE.
9 Dean Get In My Trunk?
Fans were crazy for The Lunatic Fringe Dean Ambrose, who now goes by Jon Moxley. This fan gives the vibe of someone who probably who probably should have listened to Eminem's classic song "Stan". She probably thought there was a problem at the post office or something, and maybe she scribbles letters too sloppy when she jots them. But anyway, in addition to the random face-value reading of this sign, it also works as a funny double entendre.
8 Val Venis Penetrates Chicago
Val Venis is a wrestler from the Attitude Era who had one of the more infamous occupational gimmicks. Val Venis was a adult film star, and he would regularly steal his opponent's girlfriends and managers and make lewd tapes with them in order to play mind games with his opponents. He did this with Terri Runnels when he feuded with Goldust and even had a fling with Ken Shamrock's sister Ryan Shamrock when they were feuding for the Intercontinental Championship. This fan sign is a play-off of Venis' tape titles.
7 Exploding Cena
"Cm Punk is Going 2 Muay Thai Kick Cena So Hard He'll Explode Into Billions Of Fruity Pebbles." CM Punk and John Cena had a legendary rivalry in the early 2010s that symbolized a shift in WWE fans. Fans were getting sick of the PG Era and the white meat babyfaces, and they were ready for more reality-based edgy stars like CM Punk. Nothing represented that growing age gap in the audience more than John Cena refusing to go heel and instead choosing to cater more exclusively to the younger fans. This fan's sign makes fun of John Cena's multi-colored T-shirts.

5 It Doesn't Matter What My Sign Says
The Rock was one of the greatest wrestlers ever to step foot in the ring. WWE could see he was going to be a star from the beginning. They pushed him like he was going to be the next big thing. However, the WWE Universe didn't like him, so they rejected him hard. However, eventually, the Rock got over when he was allowed to show more of his personality in the Attitude Era. 4 If Cena Wins, We Complain Online
One of the most iconic signs in WWE History is a sign from ECW One Night Stand that read "If Cena Wins We Riot." The ECW brand lived on the passion of the fans alone, and they were a very passionate and opinionated bunch. There was no way they would accept the wrestling embodiment of WWE John Cena coming in and beating their guy Rob Van Dam in ECW. Also, based on the history of that ECW arena, there was a good chance fans might have really rioted. Fast forward years later, where Cena is still on top, and a portion of the crowd still isn't into it. This sign parodies that one, and instead, it jokingly acknowledges what will really happen if Cena wins.
3 Shane Isn't Alone
"Don't Feel Bad, Shane. My Dad Regrettted My Birth Too." Vince McMahon took to the evil heel role about as well as Randy Orton took to wrestling. For most of his career, especially in the Attitude Era, Vince played the ruthless businessman. He's made wrestlers kiss his butt, fired people on national television, and made women on the roster bark like dogs. However, it wasn't just other wrestlers that have felt the brunt of Vince's tyranny. It was his own family as well. Shane has gone to war with his father several times, and Vince has not held back. This fan uses self-depreciation to make light of the Vince and Shane feud.

2 Stop Killing Alligators To Make Gatorade
One thing that makes WWE unique from other forms of entertainment is the fan interaction with the live show. Fans are encouraged to express their opinions, display them on signs and to be heard, and broadcast live as long as they buy a ticket. It's like a comment section around the ring. The WWE Universe has had some pretty hilarious comments over the years, but not all of them are wrestling-related. Like this gem about the fictional inhumane practices of big hydration.
1 Yes, This Sign Wasted Paper!
Daniel Bryan has a very legitimate argument as the best wrestler of all time. He is beloved as one of the best babyfaces of all time with an iconic climb to the top. He can wrestle as well as anyone ever has, if not better. He helped blaze a path for smaller indie wrestlers. Plus, he is just as good as a heel as he is a babyface. From late 2018-2019, Bryan had so much heat that he had fans booing the planet Earth itself. So much so that this fan brought in this hilarious sign to taunt Bryan about wasting paper.
