9 Minor Female Characters From WWE's Past Fans Still Remember

Fans will obviously always remember the greatest WWE wrestlers of all time, such as The Rock, John Cena, Hulk Hogan, Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart, Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, Trish Stratus, Lita, among others. However, there are some irrelevant characters that somehow are still remembered after several years.

Throughout WWE's history, there have been some female characters who were not important and had lackluster careers, but for some reason fans still remember them. There is something about them that fans simply can’t forget. So, without further ado, let's take a look at nine minor female characters from WWE's past fans still remember.

9 The Kat

The Kat WWE Women's Champion Cropped

The Kat was one of the worst wrestlers in WWE history. She had no interest in wrestling, and no talent, but still Jerry "The King" Lawler brought her to the company. The Kat never stood out and brought absolutely nothing to the women's division, but she is still remembered. Maybe fans just remember her for how bad she was, or for the fact that she showed her breasts on one occasion.

8 Momma Benjamin

Shelton Benjamin and Momma Benjamin

Shelton Benjamin was going through a losing streak in 2006, so he decided to bring his momma (kayfabe) to work to change his luck. Momma Benjamin got a lot of TV time for several weeks, not only backstage (where she challenged some of Shelton's opponents), but also at ringside, where she interfered in a couple of matches in favor of Benjamin. This storyline ended with Shelton Benjamin winning the Intercontinental Championship, so it did pay off. Perhaps fans remember Momma Benjamin because it was a peculiar storyline.

7 Jillian Hall

Jillian Hall growth

Jillian Hall was an irrelevant character for most of her career, but fans remember her for all the wrong reasons. That's right, fans remember her for her disgusting huge mole (or whatever) on her face. Plus, she was involved in some bizarre storylines, with MNM, John Bradshaw Layfield and The Boogeyman. If that wasn't enough, she also had a singing gimmick. Jillian Hall had a very strange career, and that is why she is remembered despite being a minor character.

6 Dawn Marie

Dawn Marie WWE

Dawn Marie had a discreet WWE career. She never had a good match, never had a good storyline, let alone won a title. Yet, she is still remembered by the fans. Fans may still remember her for her terrible storylines (like when she married Torrie Wilson's father), her frequent attempts to seduce wrestlers, or perhaps they just remember her controversial release due to pregnancy. One way or another, Dawn Marie still lives in fans memories despite being a minor character.

5 Nicole Bass

Nicole Bass Attacks Tori

Nicole Bass barely had four matches in WWE, and that was enough for everyone to realize that she was a lousy wrestler. Her WWE career was absolutely forgettable, but no one can forget her because of her physique. She had more muscles than several men on the roster, and that’s saying something, and her looks were simply terrifying. WWE tried to push her in a similar way to Chyna, but the truth is that Nicole Bass was nowhere near Chyna in terms of talent.

4 Jazz

Jazz WWE

Certainly, Jazz was pretty talented, she was a two-time Women's Champion, but still, it feels like she was a minor, underused, character for most of her career. She was in WWE from 2001 to 2004, and she never had a truly memorable moment. Nevertheless, fans still remember her, perhaps because of her name, because of her imposing look, or maybe the fans just remember that she was arguably the most talented female in-ring wrestler back then.

3 Sable

Sable Cropped

Sable is remembered for her looks, and because she is Brock Lesnar's wife, otherwise, people remember very little about her wrestling career, because she was always a minor character.

In fact, many fans don't even remember that Sable was Women's Champion for 176 days, because her reign was lackluster and she never had a decent match. Sable brought little to nothing to women's wrestling, but fans still remember her mainly for her sex appeal, and that was WWE’s goal, after all.

2 Katie Lea Burchill

Paul And Katie Lea Burchill

Katie Lea Burchill was never a major character in WWE, but today fans still remember her, albeit for the wrong reasons. Katie Lea Burchill had one of the most bizarre gimmicks in WWE history, and that’s saying something, as she was the sister of the former pirate Paul Burchill.

But what's wrong with a sister gimmick? Well, it seemed that there was a love relationship between them, in other words, incest. So, she is remembered for that infamous gimmick, which fortunately didn't last long. It's a shame WWE wasted her like that, because she was a great worker.

1 Vickie GuerreroVickie Guerrero in WWE

Vickie Guerrero was simply a manager of midcard wrestlers (except for Edge), and her managerial skills were never a big deal. Her promos were average at best, and she was rarely considered an important character in WWE. However, fans remember her because she was absolutely unbearable, it's impossible to forget her stormy voice and her natural heel ability to earn the fans' hatred. Perhaps some WWE fans remember Vickie Guerrero because they legitimately hate her.
