AEW Releases Awesome New Line Of Action Figures [Photos]

On Wednesday, it was officially announced and AEW presented their first line of AEW action figures.

Jazwares, a global leader in toys, collectibles, plush, musical instruments and electronics has teamed with All Elite Wrestling to present AEW’s first series of collectible figures. The line features AEW World Champion Chris Jericho, Cody, The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega, Jon Moxley and more. As per the Jazwares and AEW press release, the new line will be  labeled AEW UNRIVALED and they will be on display at a Toy Fair New York in February 22-26.

Chief Marketing and Merchandise Officer, Dana Massie said, "From their gear to tattoos to their facial features, their facial expressions..."the line is clearly close in likeness to a lot of the characters based on 3D technology and other advancements. The press release also notes that with multiple waves of toys per season, more personalities will be featured including MJF, Darby Allin, Jurassic Express and other popular AEW Dynamite stars. There is also a ring to play and display fans favorites, a title belt and more coming in the Fall of 2020.

The figures are extremely detailed with over 25 points of articulation and many include features such as Cody with his iconic hammer. That hammer was used to signal AEW's destruction of the "old ways" as Cody smashed a throne that represented AEW smashing WWE and Triple H’s King of Kings throne. Cody said, when he saw his toy, "The Internet is going to love the hammer." Brandi got emotional when she saw hers for the first time.

AEW Will Find A Variety Of Collectors

AEW will certainly have its group of fans eager to purchase and collect their favorite figures. A company that has a loyal fan base who love to collect the merchandise and support the wrestling company, it absolutely makes sense for AEW to capitalize on the trend of collecting.

All we can say is, 'Take our money.'
