An Update On Bray Wyatt's Filming Project

Former WWE superstar Bray Wyatt has been working on his first Hollywood movie, having made the switch from wrestling, though not entirely by choice.

Wyatt now goes by his real name, Windham, and started working on his feature film debut nearing the end of 2021. His friend and collaborator Jason Baker - whom he met while working on Firefly Fun House segments at WWE - recently discussed the project in an interview with Callosum Studios owner RocknRoll Beer Guy.

“It’s happening. It’s going. We did some stuff in November in Tennessee, and we’re working on some more stuff. It’s coming along,” Baker revealed in quotes transcribed by Fightful.

“Hopefully, people like it once we get it all put together. I had such a blast working with him and directing him when we did the original, first eight Firefly Fun House segments, we just clicked and became really good friends.

“He’s an amazing collaborator and one of the smartest people I know. Why wouldn’t I want to (work with him)? We have some other really good people involved.

“It should be fun once we finally get to put boots to the ground, which is always the hardest part, getting all your ducks in a row, which we’re working on, and going from there.”

A Surprising Decision

Windham was released by WWE last summer, which came as quite a shock as he was one of the biggest names on the company roster. It was expected that he would be wrestling again by now, but it appears he’s really focused on a career in film.
