90 Day Fiancé star Angela Deem showed off the presents she received on Mother's Day and her slim figure while celebrating her weight loss journey.
Polarizing 90 Day Fiancé cast member Angela Deem is now looking even slimmer after she revealed her weight loss in an Instagram post for Mother’s Day. 56-year-old Angela is a known face on reality TV owing to her loud and boisterous personality. The Georgia woman is often criticized for her arguments with her Nigerian husband Michael Ilesanmi and fans have even asked for her to be cancelled due to the abuses she hurls at him. While Angela says that she and Michael are together, fans have seen her not caring about her husband and openly flirting with other men, especially after her stunning makeover.
Angela’s last visit to Nigeria was right before the pandemic when she and Michael got married. This is when Angela was at her heaviest after putting on almost 20 more pounds. Insecurity and the fear of losing Michael to a younger woman in America made Angela opt for weight loss surgery. After getting about five surgeries done in one day at a Los Angeles clinic, Angela reportedly lost almost 100 pounds. The confidence that came with her new body perhaps made Angela even more annoying to fans. Her acting like a single woman amidst Michael’s visa troubles has brought her plenty of criticism. But there are times when fans are also awed by how Angela also put her health first and is now looking fabulous in her late 50s.
That’s exactly what happened when Angela shared a fun video of herself on Instagram to celebrate Mother’s Day with her followers. While Angela usually has filters on her photos and videos, which don’t really show her weight loss progress, this time around she did things a bit differently. The TLC celeb Angela quite literally celebrated herself while wishing all the queens who follow her a happy Mother’s Day. The grandmother of six used a song called “Make It Look Easy” by Danger Twins as she posed in a yellow tank top, loose black pants, and kitten heels to show off her tiny waist.
Fans rushed to comment on Angela’s Instagram update and tell her how amazing she looked. The video has already fetched Angela more than 162k views and almost 10,000 likes in the span of five hours. Angela’s comment section is filled with messages such as, “You are looking fantastic!” and “hope you get spoiled today.” In a different video post, Angela dedicated her Mother’s Day wishes to her two moms—her own late mother, and Michael’s mama. It seems Angela did get treated to love and gifts from her two daughters Skyla and Scottie and grandkids. A third video by Angela is a slideshow of her standing with her lovely presents, including a tie-dye pajama set with the words “Queen of everything” printed on the tee.
While Angela is expected to maintain certain secrecy when it comes to sharing details of her private life on social media due to her 90 Day Fiancé contracts, she does like posting about the little things that make her happy. Recently, Angela opened up about how she’d gone without using skincare products for almost all her life, but in the past few months, she’s started taking it more seriously. Some fans mocked Angela for using fillers and filters and claiming it was skincare. However, in true Angela fashion, the 90 Day Fiancé franchise star lashed out at her critics. Although Angela’s no holds barred attitude keeps getting her in trouble, it’s also something that her true admirers love to see on their screens.
