Captain Carter (Illuminati) Fan Casting

Captain Margaret Elizabeth "Peggy" Carter was an Avenger and a founding member of the Illuminati. In 2018, Carter fought in the Infinity War, and aided in defeating Thanos during the Battle of Titan. She subsequently voted to execute Doctor Strange as he used the Darkhold to dreamwalk, resulting in a multiversal incursion.

Years later, Carter presided at a hearing when an alternate Doctor Strange was arrested by Baron Mordo, on suspicion he was similarly dangerous to their universe's Strange.
