Grimes, whose real name is Claire Boucher, has taken legal action against her baby daddy, Elon Musk, over child-related matters.

According to Page Six, she filed a petition to establish a parental relationship in a California court on September 29.

Why is Musk's ex suing him?

The request is aimed at identifying the legal parents of a child when they are unmarried.

Grimes and Musk began dating in 2018 and had an on-again, off-again relationship until they split for good in September 2021.

Who are Musk kids?

They share two children: a son named X Æ A-Xii, born in May 2020, and a daughter named Exa Dark Sideræl, also known as Y, who was born via surrogate in December 2021.

While the docket for the case is public, the filings have been sealed and there is no indication that Musk has responded to Grimes' petition.

Grimeshas not yet requested child support or custody rights as part of this legal action.

Elon Musk announces X monthly subscription fee

In another story reported by Briefly News,tech mogul Elon Musk has provided a glimpse into his plans for X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, in a live-streamed conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
