As one of the many WWE stalwarts who actually got their start in WCW, Triple H debuted as Terra Ryzing and changed his name to a play on his own, Jean-Paul Levesque, a French Aristocrat that would team up with Lord Steven Regal (that’s how deep that connection goes). It was a matter of time before he wanted out and went to WWE. Once there, his WCW gimmick was tweaked into The Connecticut Blue Blood from Greenwich.
