Every WWE Women's PPV Main Event Ever, Ranked
The best thing that WWE has done over the past few years has been to allow the women of the company the opportunity to shine. They are often better than the guys in the ring, so putting them in important spots has been a very welcome sight. The "Women's Revolution" technically began in NXT with the ladies being placed in prime positions.

In 2015, they even headlined an NXT TakeOver special. The following year, the women topped a main roster PPV card for the first time ever. Two years later, they got their own PPV and the year after that, they closed out WrestleMania. In total, there have been ten female PPV main events, with some being more successful than others.
10 Bayley vs. Becky Lynch vs. Shayna Baszler (Survivor Series 2019)
The decision to include NXT in the festivities at Survivor Series 2019 was a good one. The much-hyped main event was centered around Shayna Baszler and Becky Lynch, especially given Becky's past with Shayna's friend Ronda Rousey.
Bayley felt like something of an odd woman out but she made her presence known well enough. Unfortunately, when it came time to deliver in the ring, things just didn't click. The match wasn't bad but it was kind of dull and certainly didn't live up to the main event slot it was given.
9 Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair vs. The Kabuki Warriors (TLC 2019)
A month after the disappointment at Survivor Series, the ladies closed out another PPV. It was the first time in history that happened on back-to-back occasions. This time, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair put their differences aside for a Women's Tag Team Title shot.
The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane) getting this opportunity was massive. Again, this wasn't a bad match but it had issues. It went on for a bit too long and Sane got injured early on, which hurt the flaw and action of the bout.
8 Asuka vs. Liv Morgan vs. Natalya vs. Ruby Riott vs. Sarah Logan vs. Shayna Baszler (Elimination Chamber 2020)
In terms of pure booking genius, this would actually rank a lot higher. The entire point of this match was to get Shayna Baszler over as a dominant threat to Becky Lynch's Raw Women's Title reign. It succeeded as Shayna made history.
She became the first person to sweep an Elimination Chamber, eliminating every single opponent. Alas, that didn't make for the most interesting of matches. The result was obvious and the domination was clear, so it took away from the entertainment. Shayna also headlined Money in the Bank 2020 but the women shared that match with the men so it's not on this list.
7 Nikki Bella vs. Ronda Rousey (Evolution)
Of course, the females had to headline a PPV that was totally dedicated to them. It's a shame that WWE hasn't done this event again as it was a pretty great show. Going into this, some fans groaned at the idea of this main event.

They questioned Nikki Bella getting to headline on a card that featured Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair. Given Nikki's star power outside of WWE, it was a great selling point to put her against Ronda Rousey. In the ring, the two delivered a high-quality match that was more than fitting of its slot.
6 Charlotte Flair vs. Sasha Banks (Hell in a Cell 2016)
Sasha Banks has been involved in all three women's Hell in a Cell matches to date. The inaugural one made history as it became the first women's PPV main event in main roster history. It could be argued that her later Cell matches with Becky and Bayley also should've headlined as they were even better than this.
This feud was red hot in 2016, with the two top females in the company trading the Raw Women's Title often. This Cell meeting was brutal and really showcased the on-screen hatred between the two.
5 Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Ronda Rousey (WrestleMania 35)
On paper, it's the biggest women's match in the history of wrestling. Headlining WrestleMania is arguably wrestling's highest honor. Even legendary names like Ric Flair and CM Punk never getting the chance to do so.
Ronda Rousey, Becky Lynch, and Charlotte Flair did, though, and they earned it. Their program was the top one entering 2019. It could be argued that things would've been better off with just Rousey and Lynch though, as their rivalry was intense. Adding in Flair didn't do much and actually may have held back the match, which was good but not quite great.
4 Charlotte Flair vs. Io Shirai vs. Rhea Ripley (TakeOver: In Your House)
Twice in NXT history have the women closed out a TakeOver event. The second time happened at TakeOver: In Your House, which made sense given those involved. The biggest name and champion at the time, Charlotte Flair, against the two top women in NXT, Io Shirai and Rhea Ripley.

Again, this was better without Flair as Shirai and Ripley had a classic later in the year. Still, this worked out really well and featured great moments like Shirai hitting a moonsault off of the stage. With Ripley in the Figure Eight, Shirai added another moonsault to win the championship.
3 Women's Royal Rumble (Royal Rumble 2018)
In 2018, the women were given the exciting news that they would have their first Royal Rumble match. It was a rousing success and every year that it has happened has been met with high praise.
The original one got to headline the event. The match was brilliant, highlighted by Sasha Banks' iron woman performance and the surprise appearance of so many females from WWE's past. Asuka's win was a fantastic moment, as was Ronda Rousey's post-match debut.
2 Bayley vs. Sasha Banks (TakeOver: Respect)
This is where it all began. After Bayley and Sasha Banks stole the show at TakeOver: Brooklyn, a rematch had to be signed. To up the stakes, William Regal made it an Ironman Match and put it in the main event spot, making history.
While this wasn't quite on the level of their first meeting, it was indeed another classic. Banks was a spectacular villain and Bayley brought the babyface fire that she was known for. For 30 minutes, they put on one of the greatest Ironman matches in history and proved they belonged in the top spot.
1 Asuka vs. Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair (TLC 2018)
The Smackdown women's division was on fire in late 2018 thanks to the Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair rivalry. Asuka was also on the verge of something great. When the three met in a TLC main event at this event, it proved to be something special.
They used the expected tables, ladders, and chairs well, but also included kendo sticks in this violent affair. Some of the spots in this were absolutely brutal. These ladies showcased why they're three of the best in the company regardless of gender. It ended up being Asuka's crowning evening.
