Exclusive: Aditya Roy Kapur reveals his movie characters he’d hang out with: “Not the Aashiqui guy”

Aditya Roy Kapur has always picked interesting roles in his career. Between Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Aashiqui 2, he has played a roster of romantic, intense and funny men. In an exclusive interview from Filmfare’s July cover shoot, Aditya opened up about his onscreen characters that he would like to hang out with.

Aditya Roy Kapur said, “Maybe the guy from Daawat-e-Ishq (Tariq Haidar) would feed me because he made kebabs and was into food. Maybe the guy from Ludo (Akash Chauhan), he’s a stand-up comic. But he’s a weird one.”

He jokingly added, “Definitely not the Aashiqui 2 character because he’d be drunk. I doubt he’d be very good company.”

Aditya Roy Kapur was last seen in The Night Manager. The actor is all set to star in Metro… In Dino alongside Sara Ali Khan. The film is directed by Anurag Basu.
