One of those voice-over appearances Randy Savage made was one of his last acting gigs, which took place in 2007. Some fans may not be aware of this, but Savage did a voice-over appearance for one of the most popular cartoons on FOX, King of the Hill.

For those who may not be familiar with King of the Hill, it was a sitcom that aired on FOX from 1997 to 2010, also getting set to revive on HULU in 2024. A show that takes place in the fictional Texas city of Arlen, King of the Hill revolves around a proud propane salesman, Hank Hill, and the antics he gets into with the rest of the wacky characters of Arlen. Over the course of its run on FOX,King of the Hill has received universal praise from critics as it was considered by many to be one of the best cartoons in TV history.

In a 2007 episode of King of the Hill episode titled "Bill, Bulk, and the Body Buddies," Randy Savaged does a voice-over for a character named Gorilla, one of the three stereotypical meathead bodybuilders who was training Hank Hill's neighbor and friend, Bill Dauterive, only for Dauterive to become a meathead and turn on Hank and the rest of his neighbors. However, because of how intense Gorilla and the other bodybuilders were, Bill is pushed to his limit with the intense training, so much so that he was held hostage at his house as the trainers wouldn't let him go to the emergency room. In the end, like many of the other King of the Hill episodes, Hank Hill does what he always does, getting his idiot friends out of trouble much as he did when getting Bill Dauterive away from the meatheaded bodybuilders.

To watch the episode back, you could see the resemblance between Savage's Gorilla character and the real-life Randy when he was still an in-ring performer.
