But obviously, Ripley's body wasn't always like this, as when she started her career she was considerably thinner, and her physique didn't stand out in a crowd. However, as the years went by, her body evolved impressively. So, without further ado, let's take a look at Rhea Ripley's body transformation over the years, told in photos.

9 Beginning Of Her Career

Rhea Ripley began her professional wrestling career in Australia in 2013, so let's start with photos from around that year. On the left, you can see one of the first photos of Ripley, known then as Demi Bennett, in a wrestling ring, her youth is evident, and she doesn't even look like a professional wrestler.

On the right, Bennett is cutting a promo as Riot City Wrestling Women's Champion (in 2014), and she still looked like a kid. It's amazing how much Ripley will change her appearance from here on.

On the right, we see Demi Bennett holding the Riot City Wrestling Women's Title for the second time in her career, a reign that lasted 182 days and saw Ripley improve a lot as a worker.

This photo is from when Rhea Ripley made her WWE debut at the 2017 Mae Young Classic. She had her first match against Miranda Salinas and managed to defeat her to advance to the next round. In the second round, however, Ripley lost to Dakota Kai and was eliminated.

After that, Ripley made only one more TV appearance, in a battle royal on NXT. That was Ripley's look in 2017, but we already know that she wasn't completely comfortable, and would soon drastically change her appearance.

A year later, at the 2018 Mae Young Classic, Rhea Ripley showed off her new look for the first time with a cooler, edgier, and more badass character. Not to mention that her physical shape was getting better and better.

This character was a perfect fit for Ripley, and she made an impact quickly. In the tournament, she defeated MJ Jenkins, Kacy Catanzaro (now known as Katana Chance), and Tegan Nox, until she lost in the semi-finals against Io Shirai (now known as IYO SKY).

She conquered the United Kingdom and impressed WWE officials with her performances. In fact, Ripley even participated in the 2019 Royal Rumble match, as an NXT UK representative.

At that time, her appearance was still evolving, she looked even more badass and intimidating, and she was in better and better physical shape. Her feats of strength were becoming more and more impressive, and she was slowly becoming a world-class wrestler. Ripley ended up dropping the title to Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 36.

3 Main Roster Call-up

Rhea Ripley got the call-up to the WWE main roster weeks before WrestleMania 37, and she went straight to challenge Raw Women's Champion Asuka. "The Nightmare" defeated Asuka and won the title at the Showcase Of The Immortals.

Her appearance didn't change much from her time as NXT Champion, at least not her arms, but her legs were more toned by the time she made it to the main roster. Unfortunately, her title reign was lackluster, and she lost the title, again, to Charlotte Flair.

2 Tag Team Wrestler

After Rhea Ripley lost the title and looked like she wasn't ready to be World Champion yet, she spent some time in the tag team division. Ripley managed to win the Women's Tag Team Championship alongside Nikki ASH, although it was a lackluster and forgettable title reign.

Ripley then teamed with Liv Morgan for a few weeks. At this stage, Ripley's body had no noticeable differences, but she looked a bit more muscular compared to the previous photos.

The current version of Rhea Ripley is incredible. She is jacked, with big muscles in her arms, back, legs, her whole body. She never looked better and was never more intimidating. Her looks fit perfectly with a heel persona and that's why her heel run has been great.

Ripley hasn't been pinned since May 2022, won the 2023 Royal Rumble match, and is the current Women's World Champion. "The Eradicator" looks untouchable right now and looks like she will dominate WWE for a long time.
