Dr. Jacobsen is an Emergency Medicine Physician who also has expertise in the practice of out-of-hospital medicine. Dr. Jacobsen provides Medical Direction for the Johnson County EMS System, Johnson County 911 Dispatch Center, as well as for multiple police agencies. Dr. Jacobsen is the Medical Team Manager for the Kansas Search and Rescue Task Force for the KC Region. He also serves as Chair of the Medical Advisory Council for the KS Board of EMS and as Vice-President of the Kansas Chapter of the National Association of EMS Physicians
