Snooki & JWoww Spin-off Set To Make A Return In Summer 2023
Both Nicole Polizzi and Jenni Farley announce that their hit spinoff series Snooki & JWoww will be making a comeback in the summer of 2023.
Iconic Jersey Shore duo Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Jenni “JWoww” Farley are giving their own spinoff show, Snooki & JWoww, a second chance. Towards the end of the original series, and for some time after the show came to an end, the duo ventured off to film for their own reality show. The series followed the best friends as they began to turn their lives around in order to become first-time, and later second-time moms. The show ultimately came to an end after four seasons.
While some fans don’t want Snooki & JWoww to return, the two Jersey Shore stars are excited to be back. On Saturday, April 1, both Nicole and Jenni confirmed that their spinoff show will be making a return in the summer of 2023.
Both ladies posted a screenshot from what appeared to be MTV’s website explaining the news. Nicole captioned her post, “LETS GOOOO! The biatches are coming back!” Jenni, on the other hand, wrote, “WE’RE BACK B$TCHES!!!!! Catch an all new #snookiandjwoww this summer only on @mtv.”
Snooki & JWoww Will Have The Same Storyline As The Original Show
In the photo both Nicole and Jenni shared to their social media pages, a description of the return of the series was given. Essentially, the show will have the same storyline as the original series did; however, it may look different now than it did back then. The show followed as Nicole and Jenni navigated through motherhood, which, at the time, was new to them. Now, Nicole and husband Jionni LaValle have three children together, while Jenni shares her two kids with her ex-husband Roger Matthews. The show will also follow as they both try their best to navigate a balance between their work lives and being a mom. Both Nicole and Jenni have their own business ventures outside of filming for Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, and now for Snooki & JWoww.
While the news of Nicole and Jenni potentially bringing back their hit spinoff series is exciting, some are fearful it’s simply an April Fool's joke. Both Nicole and Jenni shared the same post nearly simultaneously on April 1, better known as April Fool's Day. Many comments on both posts questioned if the news was real or simply a joke. On the other hand, some of the duo’s costars shared in on the excitement in the comments section as well, such as Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, who recently reunited with the roomies to film for Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. Deena Cortese was also found in the comments section as well. Vinny Guadagnino even joked that he wants to make a "cameo" appearance on the show.
As of writing, neither Nicole nor Jenni have touched on the speculations that the news of a Snooki & JWoww return being an April Fool's joke. While many want to believe the news to be real, the Jersey Shore stars are known for being some of the best pranksters out there; however, the announcement could have simply just had poor timing and landed on April Fool's Day as a coincidence. If the news is in fact true, a brand-new season of Snooki & JWoww is set to air sometime in the summer of 2023.
