However, Banks has also been known to bust out a few botches throughout her career, which is only natural for someone working at the top level. She takes risks inside the ring, and sometimes they don't always pay off, but the fact she wrestles that style has worked well for her career.
10 An Awkward Introduction
Sasha Banks recently just got the chance to debut for New Japan Pro-Wrestling, taking a major leap in the next stage of her career. It was a big moment that got the entire wrestling world talking, but unfortunately, it didn't all go to plan as there was a botch involved.
Banks, who is now working as Mercedes Mone attacked KAIRI to make a statement, but the new move she had planned didn't work out. There was some form of miscommunication, and it led to KAIRI falling down without looking impactful, which didn't get things off to the best start.
9 Tables Won't Break
Charlotte Flair facing Sasha Banks inside of Hell in a Cell was a huge deal for women's wrestling, and the two of them certainly delivered a fantastic match. They pulled out all the stops to try and make the encounter as physical as possible, and that included their attempt to use a table.

However, as is often the case with foreign objects in wrestling, things didn't go to plan. Flair tried her best to send Banks crashing through a table, but each time the table simply refused to break, which created an awkward moment in the encounter.
8 Entrance Fail
Sasha Banks is someone who always presents herself as a top star with everything that she does inside the ring, and that helped to establish a clear character. She would always head to the ring with sass and confidence, instantly creating a connection with people from her entrance.
However, that doesn't mean that things have always gone perfectly for her. During one episode of SmackDown, she came out and hit her usual pose on the entranceway only for the SmackDown Women's Championship to fall off her, creating an awkward moment.
7 Lucha Things Goes Wrong
Sasha Banks is an agile wrestler, therefore it is no surprise to see her trying out moves that involve running the ropes as she has the skill to pull it off. However, during an eight-woman tag team match on Raw that wasn't the case as she ended up botching her move.
She was supposed to run up to the second rope, bounce off and throw Peyton Royce across the ring with a hip toss. However, things didn't work out cleanly, and Banks fell as she looked to deliver the move, with Royce having to take a tumble to salvage the spot.
6 Hurricanrana Doesn't Connect
A hurricanrana is a move that gets used regularly in professional wrestling by a wide variety of performers, and because of that fans know exactly what it should look like when it happens. That's why when Sasha Banks attempted this on Nia Jax during an episode of Raw, people could see the botch.
Jax was on the ring apron when Banks attempted it, which was supposed to send her flying to the floor. However, Jax ended up staying on the apron and Banks landed on the floor with a huge thud, as this move went wrong.
5 Tough Landing
When Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks collided at SummerSlam 2016 they pushed each other to their limits, and that included some risky spots taking place throughout the match. One of those saw Flair attempt to hit the Razor's Edge from the top turnbuckle, which Banks managed to reverse.
The move itself was hit fine, and because of that most people thought she did a great job. However, Banks ended up landing on the top of her head which could have caused a serious injury.
4 Falling From The Top Rope
Sasha Banks will quite often hit the Meteora on her opponents, dropping the double knee attack from a great distance to cause as much pain as possible to her opponent. It's something she hits regularly, but even something she does all the time can go wrong at points.
When she competed against Asuka at Extreme Rules in 2020, Banks went to the top turnbuckle and prepared to deliver the move, but instead, she ended up falling. She tried to sell it as if she was injured which was smart thinking, but it was a mistake.
3 Over-The-Top-Rop Spills
At the Evolution Premium Live Event, all the women on the card were out to make an impact to help create a truly iconic and special event. That led to Sasha Banks trying a high-risk move as she aimed to leap over the top rope to take out all of her opponents outside the ring.
However, because Banks is quite a small person she didn't end up clearing it, and instead she bounced off the top rope and was headed for a painful collision with the bottom rope. Luckily for her, all the wrestlers outside the ring caught her and salvaged the situation as best they could.
2 Stopping Mid-Match
The pandemic era of WWE created a difficult situation for the wrestling world as they had to adapt to working without a crowd in attendance. Normally when the television show goes into commercial the wrestlers still have fans to perform for in the arena, but that wasn't the case during COVID-19.

Because of that, four women in WWE opted to stop wrestling completely during a commercial break only for the footage to end up being leaked. While it wasn't a botch intentionally done on television, it was a situation that made Sasha Banks, Alexa Bliss, Bayley, and Nikki Cross look poor.
1 Dive Goes Wrong
Anytime someone decides to dive out of the ring to their opponent outside there is an obvious risk involved, which is why so many wrestlers opt to never do that. However, that has never stopped Sasha Banks, as she has often taken to diving outside the ring into her opponent.
More often than not this goes to plan and looks fantastic, but during a Raw encounter against Asuka that was not the case. Her feet got caught up in the top ropes and it led to her flopping to the floor in an awkward-looking spot.
