Watch Bray Wyatt's Tribute To Brodie Lee At WrestleMania 37
Bray Wyatt paid tribute to Brodie Lee at WrestleMania in what was his first match since the passing of his close friend.
If it feels like a long time since Randy Orton burned The Fiend alive at TLC, that's because it has been. On top of that, a lot has happened since then, including the passing of Brodie Lee on December 26, 2021. Bray Wyatt and Lee were incredibly close after spending years together as part of The Wyatt Family. However, Wyatt's match at WrestleMania was his first since Lee's passing.
Fiend or not, Wyatt wasn't going to pass on the opportunity to pay tribute to his friend on The Grandest Stage of Them All. The former Universal Champion looked right down the camera, made the gesture Lee would make with his hands during his matches, and shouted "yeah, yeah, yeah" loud enough for fans at home to hear it. If you missed the touching moment live, you can check it out below.

Wyatt and Lee, along with Erick Rowan, were the three original members of The Wyatt Family. The trio was later joined by Braun Strowman. Wyatt has paid tribute to Lee in a number of ways on social media since he passed, but WrestleMania was his first chance to do so between the ropes.
Unfortunately, Wyatt couldn't follow up on that tribute with a win. The Fiend lost to Orton in night two's opening match thanks to a bizarre distraction from Alexa Bliss. Bliss re-emerged from a box at ringside, black liquid pouring down her face. The Fiend stared at her just long enough for Orton to hit him with an RKO and cover him for a three count.
Fans appears to be split over the finish. While we will likely find out where it's going next on Raw tonight, WrestleMania isn't usually the place for angles to get twists like this one. Fans wanted a pay off of some sort but that didn't happen. It was intriguing nonetheless, and appears to be the manifestation of Sister Abigail for the very first time after years of teasing her potential appearance.
