The Netflix series has an interesting mix of 30 singles in this season, and among these is Zack, a 31-year-old from Seattle. Zack connected with 25-year-old business owner Irina Solomonova in the pods, and the couple were involved in a heated love triangle with Bliss Poureetezadi. While Zack got engaged to Irina eventually, Bliss was the one he poured his heart out to about his mother and past.

What To Know About Love Is Blind’s Zack’s Mom & Past
Zack lived under poor financial circumstances due to his single mom’s stripper profession. He spent most of his childhood moving from place to place, although his mother always ensured there was food on his plate. Zack recalls having seen his mom break down in tears when they were visiting a drive-through, and she didn’t have enough money for him to eat a meal. He says he’s been on autopilot ever since his mom’s death. Zack did what he needed to pass the bar, get through law school, and make a lot of money for his firm, yet felt like he was dying inside.
Zack felt he couldn’t honor his mother’s memory and what she did for him by just playing it safe. He doesn’t want his life to be about making money, because he doesn’t care about that. Zack wants his life to be about serving people. He even came to Love Is Blind to find a wife who shares his views and to start a family with. While it is unclear if Irina and Zack will get married on Love Is Blind, it doesn’t mean that Zack won’t find a woman who helps him fulfill his and his mother's dreams eventually.
