Oh! I'd like to add Jurassic Park to the list. I've read it maybe six or seven times. Easily one of my most favorite books.

And going along what Ryuu said, I'd also add Animal Farm. "All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others" is one of the greatest lines in the history of literature, in my opinion.
