10 TNA Impact Wrestlers Who Surprisingly Never Won A PPV Match
Impact Wrestling has been producing scintillating wrestling content ever since its inception in 2002. Over the years, many talented wrestlers have stepped inside an Impact Wrestling ring and were part of great matches and storylines. Several high-profile wrestlers like AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, and Robert Roode made a name for themselves by competing in Impact Wrestling shows and PPVs.

Speaking of PPVs, from the company's weekly PPV era to their regular monthly events, Impact Wrestling has produced about 130 PPV events so far. Many wrestlers from the Impact Wrestling roster and visiting wrestlers from other promotions have competed in the various PPVs over the years. With that said, let's take a look at ten surprising names who have never won a match in an Impact Wrestling PPV.
10 Al Snow
The wrestling fans remember Al Snow for being a former one-time European and Tag Team Champion and a six-time Hardcore Champion in WWE and for winning several championships across various independent promotions. He made his Impact Wrestling debut at the 2008 Final Resolution PPV and was involved with the promotion in various roles until 2017. He competed in a total of 18 matches for Impact Wrestling so far and five of which were in pay-per-view events.
His first Impact PPV match took place at the 2010 Hard Justice event, where he lost to Rhino and Brother Runt in a three-way elimination match. He also competed in the 2012 Bound For Glory PPV and the TNA One Night Only: Joker's Wild events in 2013 and 2015 but ended up losing on all occasions.
9 Orlando Jordan
Orlando Jordan made a name for himself in WWE after aligning himself with John Bradshaw Layfield in The Cabinet faction. It led to him defeating John Cena to win The United States Championship, his only title reign in WWE. Following his exit from WWE in 2006, Orlando Jordan explored the independent circuit and NJPW before signing with Impact Wrestling in 2010.
He was with Impact Wrestling for only a year, during which time he competed in three pay-per-view events. He lost to Rob Terry at the 2010 Sacrifice PPV, and was defeated by Jesse Neal and Shannon Moore in a tag team match teaming with Eric Young at Bound For Glory 2010. His final PPV match was at the 2011 Lockdown event, where he and Eric Young lost a four-team steel cage match.
8 Cheerleader Melissa
Cheerleader Melissa has her fair share of accomplishments in the pro wrestling industry as she's a former 2-time Shimmer Champion and has also won several titles across other independent promotions. She made her Impact Wrestling debut in 2008 and has worked under the names Alissa Flash and Raisha Saeed between 2008 and 2013. She's competed in 50 matches for the promotion so far and four of which were in PPV events.

She competed in the 2008 Lockdown and Turning Point PPVs and the Genesis and One Night Only: Knockouts Knockdown events in 2009 and 2013, respectively, but ended up in the losing side on all occasions.
7 Joey Mercury
Joey Mercury is known for his time in WWE as part of the MNM faction alongside Johnny Nitro and Melina and for being part of the Authority faction alongside Jamie Noble as J&J Security. He's a former 3-time WWE Tag Team Champion and was with the company in his first run between 2004 and 2007.
His tenure with Impact Wrestling began in 2003 before he became a full-time WWE star and competed for the promotion during their weekly PPV era. He competed in three weekly PPV events for Impact Wrestling between 2003 and 2004 and competed in a dark match at the 2007 Bound For Glory PPV, and ended up on the losing side on all occasions.
6 Gangrel
Former WWE Superstar Gangrel is well-known among the fans for his time as part of The Brood faction alongside Edge and Christian is the next wrestler on the list. Gangrel made his debut for Impact Wrestling in 2002 during the weekly PPV era and competed in the promotion's inaugural PPV event on June 19, 2002.
He competed under the name The Vampire Warrior in Impact Wrestling and competed only three matches for the promotion. However, he ended up on the losing side on all occasions, thus earning a spot on this unfortunate list.
5 Buff Bagwell
WCW legend and former 5-time WCW Tag Team Champion Buff Bagwell is the next wrestler on the list. Following his decade-long WCW run and a brief stint in WWE, Buff Bagwell made his debut for Impact Wrestling in 2002.
He was also part of the first weekly PPV of the promotion and competed in the Gauntlet For The Gold battle royal at the event with no success. He competed in tag team contests in two PPV events in July and September 2003 with the same result. His final Impact PPV took place on May 7, 2003, in which he competed in the Anarchy In The Asylum Battle Royal, which was won by Disco Inferno.
4 Tetsuya Naito
NJPW legend Tetsuya Naito traveled to North America for a developmental tour in 2009 to expose himself to other styles of wrestling. The tour led to him competing in several matches for Impact Wrestling between March and May 2009.

He appeared in only one PPV event for Impact Wrestling so far, and it was at Lockdown 2009. He competed for The Motor City Machine Guns' IWGP Junior Tag Team Championship at the event, teaming up with his No Limit partner Yujiro Takahashi in a three-way match, also involving LAX, but couldn't get the job done.
3 Hiroshi Tanahashi
Before he would make history by winning his first IWGP Heavyweight Championship, NJPW legend Hiroshi Tanahashi came over to Impact Wrestling to compete in 2006. His debut was at the 2006 Final Resolution PPV, where he lost to AJ Styles.
He returned to the promotion in October 2008 and performed in several matches until the following month, including his second and final Impact PPV event at Turning Point 2008. He competed in a 10-man X-Division ranking elimination match at the event but ended up in the fourth position after getting eliminated by Jay Lethal.
2 Hulk Hogan
Following a failed attempt in 2003, Hulk Hogan signed a full-time contract with Impact Wrestling in 2009 and made his debut on the January 4, 2010, episode of Impact. Despite working as a managerial and authority figure on the shows, The Immortal laced up his boots to compete on five occasions for Impact Wrestling.
His in-ring debut was on the March 8, 2010, episode of Impact, where he teamed up with Abyss to defeat AJ Styles and Ric Flair by disqualification in a tag team match. His only PPV match for the company took place at the 2011 Bound For Glory event, where he lost to Sting.
1 Ric Flair
Ric Flair competed in eleven matches for Impact Wrestling during his only run with the company between 2012 and 2014. He entered a feud with fellow legend Hulk Hogan following his debut, and it led to him competing in twelve matches throughout his time in Impact Wrestling.
He's competed in two PPV matches in Impact Wrestling, with the first coming at the 2010 Victory Road event, where he lost to Jay Lethal. The second was at Lockdown 2011, where he teamed up with his fellow Fortune members to lose against the Immortal faction in a Lethal Lockdown Steel Cage match.
