Inside Jimmy Fallon's Lavish Life
Jimmy Fallon and his wife, Nancy Juvonen, own a farmhouse in the Hamptons with a $5.7 million price tag (via Business Insider). The main home covers 3,500 square feet and is equipped with two separate cottages, two barns, and an apple orchard. It sits on 2.2 acres of land and was originally built in the 1800s. It's a gorgeous home!
Outside of his beautiful Hamptons home, Fallon also owns five units in his co-op apartment building in New York's Gramercy Park (per Forbes). The units include a $725,000 studio on the top floor, the $1.35 million four-bedroom next door, two combined units bought for $1.5 million, and a unit on the eighth floor. New York City real estate is no joke! Fallon and his wife were planning on using one unit as a personal office.
Finally, if you see Fallon in a bar, it might be your lucky day. According to Page Six, he likes to get "rowdy" at local bars and might just buy everyone in the building a shot or two. He may live a luxurious life, but at least he is giving back.
