Mandy Rose Released From WWE Due To Explicit FanTime Page
For the past 400+ days, Mandy Rose has dominated NXT as one of the company's biggest stars. She won the championship a few months after returning to the brand by defeating Raquel Gonzalez at Halloween Havoc in 2021. She and her Toxic Attraction stablemates, Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne, ran roughshod over the show and became one of NXT's biggest draws. Fans were confused by the circumstances surrounding the match; it was originally scheduled to take place in a few weeks at New Year's Evil but was seemingly moved to last night at the last minute. Now, we have some unfortunate insight as to why that was the case.
Why Was Mandy Rose Released?
Earlier today, Fightful reported that WWE has released Mandy Rose from her contract. They cited Rose's FanTime page as their reason why; Rose had been posting explicit content on her page, akin to an OnlyFans profile. Men on social media leaked some of Rose's content over the weekend, seemingly causing bad PR in the eyes of WWE.
In an article published shortly after the news broke, Fightful wrote that "WWE was put in a difficult position due to the content Rose was posting on her FanTime page, as the company felt that it was outside the parameters of her contract."
Jacy Jayne posted a tweet containing a chain of broken heart emojis, seemingly in reaction to the news of her teammate's release.
It is unclear what the future holds for Mandy Rose at this time. We at Sportster wish her the best of luck in her future aspirations.
