The Council received a total of 31,158 applications (15,711 women (50.4%) and 15,447 men (49.6%)) of which 28,316 applicants (91%) are qualified to join various health programs. In addition, a total of 20,407 (72%) qualified applicants, 10,426 women (51%) and 9,981 men (49%) have been selected to join various Health programs offered by 208 Universities in this first phase. 7,909 applicants (28%) women 3,803 (48%) and men 4,106 (52%) with qualifications were not selected in their selections due to various reasons including competition, the limited capacity of the colleges they applied for as described in the profile of their pages of prayers.
