Roman Reigns Tells Live Audience He Might Leave Wrestling Industry
Roman Reigns has never been shy about letting fans know he might be winding down his WWE in-ring career. Potentially on the back nine when it comes to being a regular WWE performer, he's also not been shy about sharing his aspirations to follow in the footsteps of guys like The Rock, John Cena, and Dave Batista and land more and more roles in Hollywood films. But, during a recent WWE Live event in Trenton, New Jersey, Reigns gave perhaps the biggest clue yet that he might be leaving sooner than later.
After a match, Reigns addressed the live crowd and while out of character, he thanked the WWE Universe for their support. Saying the WWE schedule can be a grueling one, Reigns noted that he wasn't sure if he would ever be back in Trenton.
It's difficult to make out exactly what Reigns is saying, but it's clear he was potentially saying goodbye. It didn't sit well with the crowd who booed, but they also showed a decent level of respect by cheering him and thanking him for what he's been bringing as one of WWE's top guys.
Pumping up the audience, Reigns said the WWE Universe is the best crowd in all of the entertainment world. He noted the performers couldn't do it without them. He said he was starting a new phase in his career and said “I honestly don’t know if I’ll be back here again.” He added, "If that's the case, I just want to say thank you for all the support."

Why Is He Saying Goodbye?
That Reigns is actually saying goodbye to crowds is not a good sign for fans who don't want to see him go. Sure, WWE might not be back around that way in a while, but one would have to think they'll book that arena at least once in the next calendar year. If they do, is Reigns suggesting he won't be in WWE in a year's time?
